Problem:

Users cannot obtain access to remote VPN concentrators or routers on the Internet, from the company LAN.



Solution:

To permit access to external Cisco (IPSec) VPNs, the company firewall must be configured to permit the following IP ports to the internet destination of the router end-point.

UDP 500
UDP 4500
UDP 10000
